These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Kistanov Maxim Alexandrovich (TIN 194002418, hereinafter "Queny", "we") and users of the queny.app web service ("Service"). By registering for or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over.
"Service" means the queny.app software platform provided as a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution via the Internet. "Master" means an individual or sole trader who has registered an account to manage online bookings from clients. "Client" means an individual who uses a master's public profile to self-book an appointment. "Free Tier" means the basic service functionality available at no cost within defined usage limits. "Subscription" means a paid plan providing access to advanced features for the duration of the paid billing period.
Queny provides masters with the following functionality: creating and maintaining a public profile with service information; schedule management and online client booking; client base management; booking analytics (paid tier); email and Telegram notifications for new, modified, and cancelled bookings; listing in the master catalogue. Queny acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly provide services to clients. Current functionality is described at queny.app/for-masters.
To use the Service as a master, registration via Google OAuth is required. You agree to provide accurate and truthful profile information; not share account access with third parties; promptly notify support@queny.app of any loss of account access. Queny reserves the right to decline registration without explanation. Clients do not need to register to book with a master.
The Free Tier includes up to 30 bookings per month and basic features. The "Professional" paid subscription includes unlimited bookings and full access to all features (analytics, blocklist, Telegram notifications). Subscription pricing is listed at queny.app/for-masters#pricing. Payment is made in Belarusian rubles via the bePaid payment gateway. The subscription is set up as a recurring payment and renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription; access to paid features remains active until the end of the current paid period. Queny may change subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice by email.
Masters agree to: provide accurate, current information about services, pricing, and availability; honour accepted appointments; promptly notify clients of changes and cancellations via the Service; comply with the laws of the Republic of Belarus when providing services; not publish false, misleading, or offensive content. Masters bear full responsibility for the content of their profile, the quality and safety of their services, and compliance with applicable law in their professional activities.
When using a master's public profile, clients agree to: provide accurate contact details; attend the booked appointment on time or cancel no later than 2 hours before it; not abuse the online booking feature. Queny is not responsible for client conduct towards masters. Disputes between masters and clients are to be resolved between the parties themselves.
The following are prohibited: using the Service to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or other commercial communications; undertaking actions intended to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; using technical means to circumvent tier limitations; registering multiple accounts to abuse the Free Tier; publishing content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; using the Service for activities prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
All exclusive rights to the software, design, logo, and trade name Queny belong to Kistanov Maxim Alexandrovich. These Terms grant the master a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content uploaded by the master (photos, descriptions, portfolio) remains the master's property; the master grants Queny a royalty-free right to store and display this content within the Service for the duration of the account.
Queny acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for: the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by masters; the accuracy of information in master profiles; disputes between masters and clients; service interruptions caused by force majeure. The Service is provided "as is". Queny's aggregate liability to a master shall not exceed the total amount paid for the subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
A subscription is a digital service; access to advanced features is granted immediately upon payment. Accordingly, no refunds are issued for paid subscription periods, except in the following cases: a technical failure on Queny's part causing complete unavailability of paid features for more than 72 consecutive hours; an erroneous duplicate charge. To request a refund, contact support@queny.app within 14 calendar days of payment, providing the transaction date and description of the issue.
Masters may delete their account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, all personal data and content is permanently removed; the current paid period is non-refundable. Queny may suspend or delete an account for breach of these Terms with email notice, or immediately without notice in cases of serious breach. Queny also reserves the right to discontinue the Service with at least 30 days' notice to users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of receipt of a written claim. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of the Republic of Belarus at the location of the service provider.
Queny may unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version with the revision date is published at queny.app/terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email at least 7 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may delete your account before the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
