Payment Provider

Payments are processed by bePaid (IComCharge LLC, Republic of Belarus). Your payment is made on a secure bePaid page — your card details are not transmitted to or stored on queny.app servers.

Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, and BELKART bank cards. Payments are made in Belarusian rubles (BYN).

Subscription Payment

The Pro subscription is processed through a secure bePaid form. After entering your card details, bePaid automatically charges the amount according to the selected period: monthly (25 BYN) or annually (250 BYN). Recurring charges occur automatically on the renewal date. You may cancel at any time — Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Payment Security

All transactions are protected by TLS/HTTPS. Payments are processed on a PCI DSS-certified bePaid page. Card data is handled exclusively by bePaid and the acquiring bank (Priorbank JSC). queny.app does not store card details.

Refund Policy

The subscription is a digital service with immediate access provided upon payment, therefore refunds for the paid period are not issued. Exceptions: a technical failure on the service side causing complete unavailability of paid features for more than 72 consecutive hours; accidental double charge. To request a refund, contact support@queny.app within 14 days of the payment.
