Delete your Queny account
How to delete your account and all associated data in the Queny apps (Master and Client) — in the mobile app and on queny.app.
In the mobile app
- Open the Queny app and sign in to your account
- Go to the "More" tab (bottom navigation)
- Open "Account" (master) or your profile (client)
- Scroll down to the "Danger zone" section
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm
On queny.app
- Sign in on queny.app
- Open "Profile" (master: /profile, client: /client-profile)
- In the "Danger zone" section, tap "Delete account"
- Confirm the deletion
What gets deleted
Master account. Deleting your account permanently removes: your user profile, master profile (if any), all bookings and visit history, client records, portfolio photos and avatar, and reviews. Any active paid subscription is cancelled automatically. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Client account. Permanently removed: your profile (name, photo, phone number, email address), sign-in methods and notification settings, as well as the number and Telegram @username the Queny bot stored for your verified number. Your bookings with masters and the reviews you left are the masters' records of visits: they stay with the masters, no longer linked to your account. You can have them removed through the master or by writing to support@queny.app. A deleted account cannot be restored.
Deletion timing
Data is deleted immediately after you confirm in the app or on the website — there is no retention period after account deletion.
