Delete your Queny account

How to delete your account and all associated data in the Queny apps (Master and Client) — in the mobile app and on queny.app.

In the mobile app

  1. Open the Queny app and sign in to your account
  2. Go to the "More" tab (bottom navigation)
  3. Open "Account" (master) or your profile (client)
  4. Scroll down to the "Danger zone" section
  5. Tap "Delete account" and confirm

On queny.app

  1. Sign in on queny.app
  2. Open "Profile" (master: /profile, client: /client-profile)
  3. In the "Danger zone" section, tap "Delete account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your user profile, master profile (if any), all bookings and visit history, client records, portfolio photos and avatar, and reviews. Any active paid subscription is cancelled automatically. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Deletion timing

Data is deleted immediately after you confirm in the app or on the website — there is no retention period after account deletion.
